OR11H1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, OR11H1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 261 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OR11H1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TLN2, UNC5D, and PRKCA. Each is linked with OR11H1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OR11H1-to-partner and partner-to-OR11H1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TLN2 grouped by OR11H1-low versus OR11H1-high in SOFT_TISSUE.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OR11H1→partner) and Y-score (partner→OR11H1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
