OR10V1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, OR10V1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OR10V1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MAGEC3, COX6A2, and IFNA14. Each is linked with OR10V1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OR10V1-to-partner and partner-to-OR10V1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MAGEC3 grouped by OR10V1-low versus OR10V1-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OR10V1→partner) and Y-score (partner→OR10V1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
