Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, OR10S1 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated OR10S1 data layer compared with 14 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), where higher OR10S1 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated OR10S1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LUSC and SCLC show a favorable association.
COAD, GBM, and LUSC are the cancer types where OR10S1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
