OR10K2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, OR10K2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,605 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OR10K2-associated genes across cancer lineages are TCF19, RNU6-14P, and GLYCAM1. Each is linked with OR10K2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OR10K2-to-partner and partner-to-OR10K2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TCF19 grouped by OR10K2-low versus OR10K2-high in LUSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OR10K2→partner) and Y-score (partner→OR10K2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
