OR10K2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, OR10K2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 22 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OR10K2-associated genes across cancer lineages are HSP70, Notch1, and eEF2. Each is linked with OR10K2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OR10K2-to-partner and partner-to-OR10K2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, HSP70 grouped by OR10K2-low versus OR10K2-high in LUSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OR10K2→partner) and Y-score (partner→OR10K2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
