Across TCGA cell cohorts, OR10K2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 496 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OR10K2-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLC5A1, VPS18, and MYH3. Each is linked with OR10K2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OR10K2-to-partner and partner-to-OR10K2 results are reported.
