OR10H4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, OR10H4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,249 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OR10H4-associated genes across cancer lineages are URM1, RAI14, and ERCC8. Each is linked with OR10H4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OR10H4-to-partner and partner-to-OR10H4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, URM1 grouped by OR10H4-low versus OR10H4-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OR10H4→partner) and Y-score (partner→OR10H4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
