OR10G4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, OR10G4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,637 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OR10G4-associated genes across cancer lineages are CCT7, BUB3, and NCAPH2. Each is linked with OR10G4 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OR10G4-to-partner and partner-to-OR10G4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CCT7 grouped by OR10G4-low versus OR10G4-high in LUSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OR10G4→partner) and Y-score (partner→OR10G4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
