OR10G3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, OR10G3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 469 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OR10G3-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNY4P14, GAPDHP22, and CORO1C. Each is linked with OR10G3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OR10G3-to-partner and partner-to-OR10G3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNY4P14 grouped by OR10G3-low versus OR10G3-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OR10G3→partner) and Y-score (partner→OR10G3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
