Q-omics provides the consensus-scored OR10AE3P profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. OR10AE3P expression is associated with patient survival in 16 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in ACC. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, OR10AE3P is differentially expressed in 2, with the highest sampling consensus in KIRP. Additionally, OR10AE3P RNA expression shows 6,144 significant pathway-activity associations, with the highest sampling consensus in STAD. Together, these results highlight ACC, KIRP, and STAD as cancer lineages where OR10AE3P shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.
