OR10AD1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, OR10AD1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 10 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OR10AD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are FoxM1, PCNA, and Caspase-7-cleavedD198. Each is linked with OR10AD1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OR10AD1-to-partner and partner-to-OR10AD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FoxM1 grouped by OR10AD1-low versus OR10AD1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OR10AD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→OR10AD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
