Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, OR10A6 RNA is linked to patient survival in 9 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated OR10A6 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in lung squamous cell carcinoma (LUSC), where higher OR10A6 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated OR10A6 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

LUSC, LIHC, and KIRC are the cancer types where OR10A6 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
