OR10A2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, OR10A2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 5,979 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OR10A2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CTNNA1, TXNDC5, and CTNND1. Each is linked with OR10A2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OR10A2-to-partner and partner-to-OR10A2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, OR10A2 versus CTNNA1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.39.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OR10A2→partner) and Y-score (partner→OR10A2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
