OPTC

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, OPTC mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,267 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OPTC-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP86, RN7SKP188, and RNU6-1023P. Each is linked with OPTC in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OPTC-to-partner and partner-to-OPTC results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OPTC→partner) and Y-score (partner→OPTC) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
