OPTC

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, OPTC mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OPTC-associated genes across cancer lineages are CTXN3, CCDC172, and LCE1C. Each is linked with OPTC in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OPTC-to-partner and partner-to-OPTC results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OPTC→partner) and Y-score (partner→OPTC) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
