OPRPN

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, OPRPN mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 406 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OPRPN-associated genes across cancer lineages are RMND1, C1orf50, and CIAO2B. Each is linked with OPRPN in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OPRPN-to-partner and partner-to-OPRPN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RMND1 grouped by OPRPN-low versus OPRPN-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OPRPN→partner) and Y-score (partner→OPRPN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
