Across TCGA patient cohorts, OPRPN mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 7 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OPRPN-associated genes across cancer lineages are Cyclin-E2, ERK2, and Src_pY416. Each is linked with OPRPN in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OPRPN-to-partner and partner-to-OPRPN results are reported.
