OPRPN

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, OPRPN RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 159 significant associations in total. URINARY_TRACT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OPRPN-associated genes across cancer lineages are KALRN, MUC22, and ADGRE2. Each is linked with OPRPN in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OPRPN-to-partner and partner-to-OPRPN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OPRPN→partner) and Y-score (partner→OPRPN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
