Across TCGA cell cohorts, OPRPN mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible OPRPN-associated genes across cancer lineages are HTR1E and GPR33. Each is linked with OPRPN in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OPRPN-to-partner and partner-to-OPRPN results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, HTR1E grouped by OPRPN-low versus OPRPN-high in SKIN.
