OPRK1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, OPRK1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,372 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OPRK1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TRIM2, MAP2_S1155, and CXADR. Each is linked with OPRK1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OPRK1-to-partner and partner-to-OPRK1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, OPRK1 versus TRIM2 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OPRK1→partner) and Y-score (partner→OPRK1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
