OPRD1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, OPRD1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,607 significant associations in total. UVM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OPRD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are NRSN2, ZFHX2, and ING5. Each is linked with OPRD1 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OPRD1-to-partner and partner-to-OPRD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, OPRD1 versus NRSN2 in LIHC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.31.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OPRD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→OPRD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
