OPRD1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, OPRD1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,262 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OPRD1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are WASF2, ATP1B1, and FAM219A_S72. Each is linked with OPRD1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OPRD1-to-partner and partner-to-OPRD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, OPRD1 versus WASF2 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.43.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OPRD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→OPRD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
