OPRD1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, OPRD1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 723 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OPRD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-1246P, SBF1, and SRP54. Each is linked with OPRD1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OPRD1-to-partner and partner-to-OPRD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-1246P grouped by OPRD1-low versus OPRD1-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OPRD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→OPRD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
