OPRD1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, OPRD1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 21 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OPRD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are Shc_pY317, TAZ, and ERK2. Each is linked with OPRD1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OPRD1-to-partner and partner-to-OPRD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Shc_pY317 grouped by OPRD1-low versus OPRD1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OPRD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→OPRD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
