The most reproducible OPRD1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are G protein-coupled opioid receptor signaling pathway, Heterochromatin formation, and Epigenetic regulation of gene expression. Each is linked with OPRD1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OPRD1-to-partner and partner-to-OPRD1 results are reported.
