OPRD1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, OPRD1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12 significant associations in total. LUNG_SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OPRD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are GALP, KIR2DL3, and MYF6. Each is linked with OPRD1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OPRD1-to-partner and partner-to-OPRD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GALP grouped by OPRD1-low versus OPRD1-high in SKIN.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OPRD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→OPRD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
