OPN4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, OPN4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,858 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OPN4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PRRC2C, SEPTIN4, and BZW2. Each is linked with OPN4 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OPN4-to-partner and partner-to-OPN4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, OPN4 versus PRRC2C in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.24.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OPN4→partner) and Y-score (partner→OPN4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
