The most reproducible OPN4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Detection of temperature stimulus involved in thermoception, Positive regulation of vasculature development, and Regulation of endothelial cell migration. Each is linked with OPN4 in more than 23 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OPN4-to-partner and partner-to-OPN4 results are reported.
