Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, OPN4 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 15 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible OPN4-associated genes across cancer lineages are p70-S6K_pT389, Stathmin, and IGFBP2. Each is linked with OPN4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OPN4-to-partner and partner-to-OPN4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, p70-S6K_pT389 grouped by OPN4-low versus OPN4-high in SKCM.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OPN4→partner) and Y-score (partner→OPN4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
