The most reproducible OPN4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of extracellular matrix disassembly, Response to human chorionic gonadotropin, and Positive regulation of ERBB signaling pathway. Each is linked with OPN4 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OPN4-to-partner and partner-to-OPN4 results are reported.
