The strongest signal is observed in lung squamous cell carcinoma (LUSC), where higher OPN1LW Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated OPN1LW expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
LUSC, LGG, and UCEC are the cancer types where OPN1LW Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
