Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, OPHN1 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated OPHN1 data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein and 7 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher OPHN1 mass-spec protein is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated OPHN1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as CCRCC and PDAC show a favorable association.

UCEC, CCRCC, and PDAC are the cancer types where OPHN1 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
