OPHN1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, OPHN1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 20,240 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OPHN1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CYBA, OPHN1_S652, and CKAP4_S26. Each is linked with OPHN1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OPHN1-to-partner and partner-to-OPHN1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, OPHN1 versus CYBA in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.39.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OPHN1→partner) and Y-score (partner→OPHN1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
