Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, OPHN1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,509 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible OPHN1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLC2A1, KIF14, and ECRG4. Each is linked with OPHN1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OPHN1-to-partner and partner-to-OPHN1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, OPHN1 versus SLC2A1 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of -0.33.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OPHN1→partner) and Y-score (partner→OPHN1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
