OPHN1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, OPHN1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,515 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OPHN1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SRP19, RNA5SP335, and RNA5SP325. Each is linked with OPHN1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OPHN1-to-partner and partner-to-OPHN1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SRP19 grouped by OPHN1-low versus OPHN1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OPHN1→partner) and Y-score (partner→OPHN1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
