OPA3

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, OPA3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,900 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OPA3-associated genes across cancer lineages are EZH2, LRRC59, and CENPA. Each is linked with OPA3 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OPA3-to-partner and partner-to-OPA3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, OPA3 versus EZH2 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.29.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OPA3→partner) and Y-score (partner→OPA3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
