Across TCGA patient cohorts, ONECUT2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,982 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ONECUT2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RIF1_S782, DDX47, and CDCA8_S219. Each is linked with ONECUT2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ONECUT2-to-partner and partner-to-ONECUT2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ONECUT2 versus RIF1_S782 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.32.
