Across TCGA patient cohorts, ONECUT2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 53 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ONECUT2-associated genes across cancer lineages are Caspase-7-cleavedD198, Shc_pY317, and TIGAR. Each is linked with ONECUT2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ONECUT2-to-partner and partner-to-ONECUT2 results are reported.
