Across TCGA cell cohorts, ONECUT2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,834 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ONECUT2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are DNA conformation change, Xenobiotic transmembrane transport, and Positive regulation of chemotaxis. Each is linked with ONECUT2 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ONECUT2-to-partner and partner-to-ONECUT2 results are reported.
