Across TCGA patient cohorts, OLMALINC RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,631 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OLMALINC-associated genes across cancer lineages are SREBF1, GVQW3, and EIF2AK3-DT. Each is linked with OLMALINC in more than 29 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OLMALINC-to-partner and partner-to-OLMALINC results are reported.
