Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, OLMALINC RNA is linked to patient survival in 23 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated OLMALINC data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in brain lower grade glioma (LGG), where higher OLMALINC RNA is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated OLMALINC expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LGG and UCS show a favorable association.
LGG, KIRC, and LIHC are the cancer types where OLMALINC RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
