OLMALINC

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, OLMALINC RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,868 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OLMALINC-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PRKD2, ARHGEF1, and SCD. Each is linked with OLMALINC in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OLMALINC-to-partner and partner-to-OLMALINC results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, OLMALINC versus PRKD2 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of -0.34.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OLMALINC→partner) and Y-score (partner→OLMALINC) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
