OLFML3

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, OLFML3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 35,321 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OLFML3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NID2, OGN, and OLFML1. Each is linked with OLFML3 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OLFML3-to-partner and partner-to-OLFML3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, OLFML3 versus NID2 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.70.

protein abundance associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OLFML3→partner) and Y-score (partner→OLFML3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
