Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, OLFML3 RNA is linked to patient survival in 22 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated OLFML3 data layer compared with 4 for mutation status and 4 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher OLFML3 RNA is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated OLFML3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and UCS show a favorable association.
UCEC, LGG, and UCS are the cancer types where OLFML3 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
