OLFML3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, OLFML3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,348 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OLFML3-associated genes across cancer lineages are MMP19, CALD1, and ITGA5. Each is linked with OLFML3 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OLFML3-to-partner and partner-to-OLFML3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, OLFML3 versus MMP19 in SOFT_TISSUE, with a Pearson correlation of 0.61.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OLFML3→partner) and Y-score (partner→OLFML3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
