Across TCGA cell cohorts, OLFML3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,840 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OLFML3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Collagen biosynthetic process, Melanocyte proliferation, and Regulation of calcineurin-mediated signaling. Each is linked with OLFML3 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OLFML3-to-partner and partner-to-OLFML3 results are reported.
