Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, OLFML2B Mutation is linked to patient survival in 12 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated OLFML2B data layer compared with 27 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher OLFML2B Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated OLFML2B expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.

HNSC, PAAD, and SCLC are the cancer types where OLFML2B Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
