Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, OLFML2B mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 6 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated OLFML2B data layer compared with 27 for mass-spec protein and 12 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in glioblastoma multiforme (GBM), where higher OLFML2B mass-spec protein is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated OLFML2B expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as OV and CCRCC show a favorable association.

GBM, OV, and CCRCC are the cancer types where OLFML2B mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
