Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, OLFML2B RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 23,904 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible OLFML2B-associated proteins across cancer lineages are STAB1, SULF1, and THBS2. Each is linked with OLFML2B in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OLFML2B-to-partner and partner-to-OLFML2B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, OLFML2B versus STAB1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.56.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OLFML2B→partner) and Y-score (partner→OLFML2B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
