OLFML2B

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, OLFML2B protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,745 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OLFML2B-associated genes across cancer lineages are CLEC11A, LRRC32, and ADAMTS2. Each is linked with OLFML2B in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OLFML2B-to-partner and partner-to-OLFML2B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, OLFML2B versus CLEC11A in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.31.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OLFML2B→partner) and Y-score (partner→OLFML2B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
